A managed retainer with Wattle ensures you have pre-booked access to a range of business analysis, technical, and creative expertise, managed for you by your dedicated Wattle Delivery Manager, to deliver on your organisations ever evolving needs.


Resource Allocation

Dedicated resource, agreed for the duration of the MRS, are allocated to quarterly delivery schedules containing a pre-agreed number of resource days that are allotted on a quarterly basis.


Sprint Planning

Requirements are clearly defined during discovery and planning, with agreed deliverables and timeframes, along with user stories, and sprint and product backlogs in Azure DevOps.


Sprint Cycle

Daily scrums commence and development increments and features are delivered, followed by sprint reviews and retrospectives with client product owners.



Regular Deployments

On the completion of the quarterly sprint cycle deliverables are showcased to client product owners and, with all acceptance criteria satisfied, the deliverables are deployed to live.

No problem - Wattle is highly experienced in assuming the ongoing development and support of these systems. Our comprehensive onboarding and systems analysis process will ensure you can comfortably exit your existing supplier relationship with minimal stress or business as usual interruption.

We approach the onboarding process with an initial phase of discovery, to familiarise ourselves with your systems, strategies, and business objectives, followed by a full technical analysis of the your website CMS or CRM system. As part of the process, Wattle will handle all contact with your existing supplier to ensure a smooth transition.
