PHASE 1 - Discover & Design

PHASE 2 - Build

With the blueprint in hand, we bring your MemEx platform to life. Using fortnightly sprints and Scrum principles, our team configures the MemEx platform to meet your needs, seamlessly integrating it with your existing systems.

Rigorous quality assurance delivers a flawless solution, and tailored training and guided User Acceptance Testing equip your team with confidence in the platform. PHASE 3 - Maintain & Evolve

Once live on your MemEx platform Our Support & Maintenance Service (SMS) ensures your MemEx platform runs smoothly with unlimited support, rapid incident resolution, and proactive system updates.

Meanwhile, our Managed Retainer Service (MRS) provides ongoing development through flexible sprints, enabling your MemEx platform to evolve with your organisation’s needs.  From personalised member features to new integrations, we help you stay ahead of the curve, delivering continuous value and innovation.

Reducing Project Risk

We proactively manage risks to ensure project success by identifying and assessessing potential issues early. A Risk Register, reviewed fortnightly, keeps us ahead of any challenges.

To prevent budget overruns, our discovery process aligns requirements with your budget. For data migration complexities, we conduct early sandbox testing and trial loads to minimise errors. To avoid UAT delays, we provide early software demonstrations. Scope creep is controlled through a formal change request approval process.
