David Abraham

Managing Director

David has been working within the technology industry for more than 20 years - 10 of which have been spent within senior management roles in agency environments. With a hands on, client facing approach, David oversees all business development activity and leads the overall strategic direction of Wattle.

Pete Marshall

Creative Director

Pete has been working with Wattle since day one enabling us to benefit from a commercially focused approach to our creative work that we believe truly sets us apart from our competitors. Pete has been working with agencies and clients to produce creative concepts for beautiful online experiences, engaging mobile apps and branding work for over 15 years.

Kelly Abraham

Operations Director

Kelly is the Co-owner and a Founding Director of Wattle. She manages our finance team and the day to day operational aspects of life within Wattle. Kelly coordinates with the project management teams to ensure efficient resource scheduling, exemplary customer support and on time on budget project delivery.

Andrew Vance

Commercial Director

Andrew has more than a decade of marketing and account management experience. He is responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to accelerate growth, identifying new market opportunities and directing marketing operations.

Tristan Moss

Product Manager

Tristan was one of Wattle’s first hires and has risen through the ranks to lead the Product and Solutions teams. Tristan has more than a decade of experience under his belt and his day to day responsibilities are focused on delivering high quality, scalable software solutions for our clients.

Gráinne Blake

Project Manager

Gráinne is an experienced digital project manager and looks after the project management team ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Adam Arkley

Development Manager

Adam leads the Development team and is an experienced .NET developer that works on the delivery of projects utilising cutting edge technologies. He is a passionate analytical developer that enjoys solving issues and providing solutions.

Nick Belton

CRM Consultant

Nick is a certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant. He works directly with new clients on the configuration and deployment of CRM and with our existing clients to ensure they achieve optimal return from their CRM investment.

Alex Wines


Alex is a whizz with front end code and knows his way around Umbraco and .NET just as well. He is a personable Developer that loves engaging with clients and end-users and is always looking at opportunities to work on interesting projects that enable him to expand upon his growing knowledge.

Martha Hearn


Martha is our most recent recruit. With a background in working with statistical data and front end frameworks she is a great addition to Wattle HQ.
