COVID-19 Update

As Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread globally, Wattle has taken precautions to ensure the safety of the Wattle community—including our employees and their families, customers, prospective customers and partners. Read more about the steps we’re taking.

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to rapidly evolve, our priority remains the safety of the Wattle community and doing our part to reduce the risk of it spreading. As such, we decided to deploy Wattle business continuity measures as of Tuesday 17th March, 2020.

This means the entire Wattle team are now working from home offices. As a flexible technology business many of our team already work remotely so this is a companywide move we have made swiftly, securely and with seamless continuity of service.

Our business-critical systems are all cloud-based and include capabilities for fully remote project delivery, ongoing support provision, secure video conferencing and online team collaboration.

Any planned face to face activity relating to project delivery, or ongoing support, continues seamlessly via video conference (Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting and Zoom) and online collaboration (Microsoft Teams, Azure DevOps and SharePoint). This includes activities typically delivered onsite, like project discovery exercises, user workshops, training, sprint showcases and go-live support.

We remain fully committed and 100% able to continue with the seamless delivery of digital transformation projects and our ongoing support service. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and do everything possible to deliver the performance our customers and partners entrusted in us.
