Strengthening our Project Management Expertise

After five impressive years of growth at Wattle, and the challenge of remotely delivering major digital transformation programmes during the COVID-19 pandemic, now was the perfect time to expand the capabilities of our Project Management Office with a another senior and highly experienced appointment.

Wattle Chief Operating Officer, Matt Ballard, advised:

“We’re very proud of the major business growth we achieved over the last 5 years, even during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is due to our strategic focus on the third sector and meeting the complex and challenging technology needs of membership and charity organisations.”

“As the needs of our clients become more complex, and a growing volume of new clients adopt our membership experience platform MemEx, we know we need to bolster and continually improve our delivery and project management capabilities. We are delighted that Laura has made the decision to join the team. With a strong background in both Agile and Waterfall delivery Laura will be a key asset in the delivery of our client’s digital transformation programmes."

Helping our Clients deliver on their Mission

Laura commented:

“I am very pleased to be joining the Wattle team and be back in an exciting software development environment. I’m looking forward to working on innovative and complex projects with such a sharp group of people.”

“To add to that, one of the first things that attracted me to the role was the third sector clients who are all doing vital work across the country – I love the idea that Wattle can support them and help make that work easier. Joining a new company while the country is working remotely has been an additional challenge, but Wattle have made me feel so welcome and I’m very much looking forward to meeting everyone in person!"

Laura has made a strong start to life at Wattle, having already begun actively working with our clients and managing major programmes of digital transformation for both the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and the UK Clinical Pharmacy Association (UKCPA).
