Key membership consulting hire at Wattle

We are delighted to announce that membership sector veteran Stephen Manley has joined the Wattle team. As our lead Membership Consultant, Stephen will be the driving force behind Wattle's pre-sales consultation process. His extensive experience in the membership sector will support membership organisations in the early stages of their digital transformation journey.

WHO IS STEPHEN?

Stephen Manley brings with him 15 years' of membership sector experience, having worked in a range of software roles. This experience includes roles for one of the most successful global providers of proprietary solutions to membership organisations.

Over the years Stephen has worked with high profile membership organisations including the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, Lloyd's Market Association and the Construction Industry Research & Information Association.

More recently Stephen has become a specialist in open platform solutions, providing membership specific implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, to organisations like the Chartered Institute of Housing, the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, the Chartered Banker Institute and the Irish Tax Institute.

After five impressive years of growth at Wattle, and some ground-breaking success stories in the development and implementation of our Member Experience platform MemEx, now was the perfect time to expand our commercial team to facilitate a stronger and more consultative pre-sales process.
