Wattle is set to start work with the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity on an extensive CRM ‘Core Technologies’ digital transformation programme. The programme will include the implementation of Wattle’s flagship membership experience platform, MemEx, and deliver key CRM, digital marketing, membership management, CPD, professional qualification and self-service member portal capabilities, whilst integrating with an existing EpiServer CMS website.
With a complex audience, including over 10,000 members and 350 organisational partners, CIMSPA, with the backing of Sports England, are growing quickly and need to deliver compelling membership and partnership products that members and partners can use wherever they are, on multiple devices.
To support these product needs, and ambitious growth plans, CIMSPA have put in place a wide-ranging business strategy, running from 2019-2023. As part of this strategy CIMSPA are undergoing a complete digital platform retooling across the organisation, with a focus on best-in-class solutions, to create a digital infrastructure for the future.
To meet these challenges head on the combined Wattle and CIMSPA project team will deliver an elegant and highly scalable solution that generates a continued return of investment for the Institute. Over the next 9 months Wattle will implement an integrated cloud-based Dynamics 365 CRM solution for membership management, including CPD and Verification, partner management, including sales and training, and digital marketing requirements. This will be seamlessly integrated with an Umbraco CMS front-end portal, for streamlined member and partner self-service including CPD management and the automated submission of qualification evidence, along with course and event listing and booking capabilities.
