Integrated Platform Project Overview
We are delighted to announce the successful launch of IRPM with MemEx, Wattle's flagship membership experience platform. This technology provides an integrated, end-to-end membership experience and has replaced a number of legacy systems within the organisation.
IRPM’s core aims are to raise standards across the property management sector, provide individuals with professional accreditations and assist practitioners in assessing job applicant capabilities.
IRPM are adopting our Membership Experience Platform, MemEx, to replace their existing ColdFusion CRM and ASP.NET CMS, to better support their business functions long into the future.
The programme began with an extensive discovery phase, which enabled our project team to gain a critical understanding of the IRPM's culture, organisational needs and functional requirements across website CMS and CRM technologies. The implementation began with a gap / fit analysis of those requirements against the existing functionality on the MemEx platform. Requirements outside core MemEx functionality were then defined and delivered via additional development and configuration including:
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is the leading organisation for psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors in the UK, supporting more than 11,000 professional members working across a host of different modalities and therapy types. In early 2020, UKCP commissioned Wattle to work with them as strategic technology partners to discover, design and develop a new Umbraco CMS website centered around an innovative and intuitive Find a Therapist tool.
