Wattle worked closely with the sales team to ensure that we fully understood the opportunity life-cycle and then implemented business processes reducing the total time it took to process a new quote.

Reducing the time it takes to turn around quotes is important but ensuring that each quote sent out is followed up is arguable more important, Wattle implemented a series of workflows to ensure that the system was chasing sales people to follow up on each quote generated within a predefined time frame and escalated any issues with performance to the management team.
