Ultimate's needed to fully automate the customer lifecycle - from initial enquiry to underwriting loans and invoice factoring enquiries. Wattle worked closely with them to map out the end to end business process required to support their customer lifecycle.

This was then translated into a series of automated workflows and business processes, configured in Dynamics CRM, to provide visible prompts to users helping them navigate complex user journeys and adhere to important industry regulations. Wattle leveraged Dynamics CRM to help the client improve productivity and provide complete visibility of the customer lifecycle.
