Wattle helped this stunning wedding venue add value to their offering by developing a bespoke online booking system that facilitated the end-to-end management of guest booking and room allocation via a self-service portal.

Coombe Lodge have administrative access to the system to manage incoming bookings ensuring that guests that do not take advantage of the self-service portal can still be processed, an intuitive back office system enables administrators to process new bookings and make amendments to existing bookings, from adding an ice bucket to extra cots they have the tools to manage their guests experience during their stay.
When a wedding party is booked a guest portal is created unique to that wedding enabling guests to allocate rooms and configure their requirements from within a portal, this adds significant value to their experience with coombe Lodge enabling guests of the party to see their rooms while the bride and groom still retain granular control over who can stay where, ensuring that the father of the bride can still stay in a premium room! To round off the experience they then have the option of allowing their guests to pay for their own rooms, payments are processed online using Sage Pay.
Administrators retain granular control over rooms and the features available within those rooms, this enables Coombe Lodge to set the maximum occupancy and configurable extras such as child beds or cots as well as enabling them to offer additional services as an up sell.
