Membership organisation the British Property Federation (BPF) represents and promotes the interests of those with a stake in real estate in the UK. BPF’s aim is to work with government and regulatory bodies to help the real estate industry grow and thrive, to the benefit of their members and the economy as a whole.

Changing Member Expectations

The BPF carried out a detailed member survey that suggested their members wanted to ‘change’ the way they engaged with the organisation. Key to this change was the ability for its members to interact with the BPF through a multi-channel and multi-device online environment where communications were tailored to their ongoing needs and interests.

To effectively respond to these member expectations BPF identified the need to modernise their current CRM and CMS systems and processes and engage with a new partner capable of developing and delivering a new integrated platform.
